Drawing Sessions on Zoom
All Drawing Sessions and Tutorials are on Zoom and are recorded. All times are given in the UK timezone. The following Drawing Sessions include:
Fortnightly Landscape Drawing sessions on Tuesdays at 7pm UK time - 90 minutes
Fortnightly Varied Drawing sessions on Wednesdays at 10am UK time - 90 minutes
Ad hoc Tutorials - 2 hours
The sessions are for any level at all from complete beginner to seasoned artist and the idea is to provide the opportunity to draw regularly with some gentle guidance but also plenty of freedom to do whatever interests you. Please read the description for each session for information on materials and what we will do.
Materials will be outlined in the description of the session or tutorial and a more detailed guidance sheet will be sent to you the day before. Ultimately, these are very relaxed and you don’t need to buy anything specific, just use whatever you have to hand.

Landscape in Ink & Watercolour Tutorial | 2 hours (Fully Booked)
This is a 2 hour tutorial, demonstration and guided drawing session for anyone interested in drawing the landscape with ink and watercolour as well as other drawing materials such as pencil and charcoal.
There will be a 60 minute tutorial on the main aspects of using ink and watercolour, the key products available, paper and other guidance around the use of these materials. This will be information and demonstration based with a huge amount of information squeezed into just one hour!
There will then be a 45 minute guided drawing session where we will walk through the use of ink and watercolour using images that we will draw from together.
Finally there will be a Q&A session and you will also be sent a follow up sheet with the details of all of the ink and watercolour, paper and the other main points discussed so you can relax and listen without taking notes.
Sessions are recorded to be watched within 1 month of the live class. A guidance document of what to expect will be sent to you around 24 hours before the call with a zoom link to join the live call and a recording link will be sent to you as soon as possible after the live call.
Materials are very basic, just some ink or watercolour and any kind of paper you have so you can do the guided drawings. A pencil or two and some charcoal would also be useful but not essential. Once you have watched the class you can then decide which products are best suited to your interests so you don’t waste money on anything you will never use again!

Landscape in Charcoal Tutorial | 2 hours (Fully booked)
